Our fifth meeting of our national Education Leaders national network this academic year will focus on the role of education executives in trust growth, particularly exploring how education leaders can help to maintain and sustain an inclusive and high-performance improvement culture as the organisation grows and evolves. We will bring together school improvement and educational leaders from across the country with their peers and with leading experts – including our guest speakers Andy Moorcroft, CEO of The Challenge Academy Trust and Nathaniel Butters, CEO of the company ECO Surv. The network is Chaired by former CEO of Co-op Academies, Frank Norris MBE.
The session will:
– provide a space for education leaders network members to consider and reflect on any recent national and policy developments and the implications for their trusts – this will be led by Frank Norris;
– consider some of the key issues and opportunities around trust growth through the lens of an education leader and how the improvement culture of the trust can evolve and perhaps even be enhanced, with the joining of new schools. This will include opportunities to hear from expert contributors and time to share good practice and peer learning across the group. These sessions will include an education and a cross-sector perspective and will be led by Andy Moorcroft, CEO of The Challenge Academy Trust (a trust that has gone through recent growth and continues to grow) and Nathaniel Butters, CEO of the start-up company ECO Surv (an organisation who have expanded and grown significantly over the last few years). Their inputs will provide leaders with useful insights into the current landscape, and some potential ideas and strategies to take back to their trusts. We will also signpost to useful resources;
– There will also be time for Education Leaders to network and connect with their peers more informally
To join this network meeting, you must be a member of our national Education Leaders network (our CEO and COO networks have their own network meetings in place). Please use the short form below to register your place.
