#TrustLeaders Members’ Roundtable – ‘The Cost Pressures Crisis facing Trusts and Schools’

On Wednesday 7 September, Forum Strategy convened an urgent roundtable discussion with members from across our CEO, COO and Education Executives’ networks to provide the opportunity to reflect on the cost pressures crisis currently facing academy trusts and schools. We were delighted to welcome so many colleagues representing trusts and their schools across the country to engage in a rich and honest discussion, not only on the challenges but also to explore mitigations from within the system, drawing on members’ shared experience and expertise.
