During these times of continuous uncertainty and change, creating a culture of resilience is probably the most important thing that any leader can do – and culture in any organisation begins with the Chief Executive.

Resilience is the ability to embrace change and thrive through uncertainty and upheaval. In times like these, unless your people feel ready, willing and able to embrace change and look for the opportunities, they will be lost, they will be unable to perform and your organisation will stagnate. It may even fail. So, how do you, as Chief Executive, make this a reality and give the gift of resilience to your organisation and your people? It begins by modelling it ourselves.
