    Trust-level briefing service

A number of organisations access our weekly strategy and intelligence briefing, and our funding and grants briefing service as part of a trust-level subscription. These organisations are able to subscribe their wider teams to receive the briefings. Where a CEO, COO or Education Executive accesses our network membership as outlined above (#TrustLeaders CEO Network; #TrustLeaders COO Network; Education Executives) they do so as an individual and are strictly not permitted to share these briefings that receive as an individual subscriber as part of that package with another individual.

    Data

Forum Education Limited takes the protection and careful handling of client and staff data very seriously.

We do not share personal data without our clients’ permission. We have strict protocols in place and will only share member data with our partners, other members, and other organisations when we have expressly asked for a client’s permission first.

Forum Strategy uses a small number of applications in which to store client data, and these are outlined in our GDPR policy, with links to the relevant data handling statements of those companies and organisations. In agreeing to become a member and in agreeing to our GDPR policy, you are consenting to us storing your data on those applications. The applications and platforms we use are common and ‘mainstream’ applications used by organisations across the UK, so are required to meet all GDPR and data protection legislation themselves.

    Consultancy and associates

The terms of our consultancy – including coaching and mentoring – is agreed on a case by case basis with clients. Where our associates undertake consultancy work through Forum Strategy, they are required to sign a declaration around compliance regarding GDPR and data protection, and insurance.

    Invoicing

All invoices must be paid within 14 days of their date. Forum Education Limited reserves the right to charge 5% interest for every 28 days for which the interest is due after the due date. For example, if an invoice of £1000 is due on 14th February and is still unpaid on 28th February, interest of £50 will also become due on 28th March if the invoice still remains unpaid. If the invoice is still unpaid on 25th April, an additional £50 of interest will also become due, and so on, until the invoice is paid.
