What are the implications of an election year for CEOs? What are our big priorities right now as CEOs and how can we support one another in those? What can we learn from the experiences and learning of a longstanding CEO in the families charity sector?
This CEO network meeting will involve:
– Opportunities to hear about the current priorities and challenges of trust CEOs from right across the network, and to share with colleagues how you are responding to some of these issues too
– A reflection of the CEO’s role in election year, including expectations and how we go about providing organisational resilience and mitigating the potential risks that this context brings. This session will be led by Alice Gregson and Michael Pain
– The opportunity to hear from longstanding families charity CEO, Peter Grigg. Peter will bring his wisdom, reflecting on the experiences and lessons from his tenure and how these can help us in growing and developing in our own CEO roles. He will also consider the current context and share the work of his organisation – ‘Home-Start UK’ who provide vital support to parents at home who may be struggling and in need of some extra support to take care of their children.
– As ever, reflections throughout from our network Chair, Sir Steve Lancashire
– A session from our partners at The Key on the experiences of headteachers and school leaders, and where – according to date and insight – they need most support and guidance right now. The Key will provide an analysis of year-on-year and term-by-term comparisons to provide CEOs with a deep dive into the key challenges facing schools across the country and the opportunity to reflect on what this means for you as CEOs.
Please note that The Key are part of a paid for partnership with Forum Strategy. We also choose our partners based on their specific expertise and ethos.
