Adrian Rogers

CEO, Chiltern Learning Trust

Adrian Rogers is in his ninth year as CEO of Chiltern Learning Trust. He has helped the Trust grow from three to eighteen schools. The trust is a true community family in Bedfordshire and also operates two Teaching School Hubs, an Attendance Hub, two Behaviour Hubs and five SCITT. Prior to this, Adrian spent thirteen years as a Headteacher and Executive Head, setting up a Trust from his base school, alongside working two days per week for the Local Authority. Adrian has been a National Leader of Education for fourteen years.
