Trends in trust centralisation

Members Only

By Caroline Doherty

Would you like to know more about how CEOs are building and refining their central teams? You’re not alone. In fact, at a recent Trusts in the Spotlight webinar we held about preparing for trust growth, it was particularly notable just how interested delegates were to see the speaker’s organisation charts and trust structure.

As a proud partner of Forum Strategy, our teams at The Key are always striving to better understand our audiences and how we can best serve their needs and pain points. We recently surveyed and spoke to trust leader members about their plans for growth, centralisation and developing their central teams. Nicola West Jones, our Head of Market Research also shared some of these findings at a recent Forum Strategy COO and CEO network meetings. Through sharing these findings, this article aims to provide a window into how other trusts are approaching centralisation as they grow.
