Thriving Trusts Thinkpiece 2; What do we consider to be a thriving academy trust in 2023?

In this series of thinkpieces, we introduce and explore the concept of a ‘Thriving Trust’. Our first thinkpiece began to define what it means to be a thriving trust through six principles drawn from the #BeingTheCEO framework. In this second thinkpiece, we hear from two highly credible, experienced former trust leaders – David Horn and Charlie Tebbutt, former CEO & COO of the Beckfoot Trust & Forum Strategy Associates – who explore the concept of thriving trusts and the six key principles in more detail, sharing their insight and experience of applying these in practice across a trust.
