Exclusive and at no additional cost to all active (as of 8 June 2022) individual members of our CEO, COO and Education Executive networks
Alongside our annual national CEO conference each September and regular meetings of our national networks, we are now delighted to announce an annual #TrustLeaders symposium – which is open to all our CEO, COO and Education Executive Members. The symposium is a day of reflection, collaboration, and practical planning between members.
The inaugural event next year is titled ‘Accomplishment at Scale’ and will be led by Sir Michael Barber and facilitated by Forum Strategy. Sir Michael is the former Head of the Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit, a leading thinker internationally in public sector improvement and reform, and author of highly acclaimed books including ‘Instruction to Deliver’ and ‘Accomplishment’. In 2021, he was asked by the UK Prime Minister and Cabinet Secretary to conduct a rapid review of government delivery to ensure it remains focused, effective and efficient in the rebuild after COVID-19.
The #TrustLeaders symposium will be an active participation event, where trust leaders consider and reflect on their practice, progress and plans around improvement at scale based on Sir Michael’s input. There be ample opportunity to share practice with other trust leaders as well as to showcase your own learning and impact of leading improvement at scale within your trusts – be that educational or wider organisational improvement.
Each member in attendance will receive a complimentary copy of Accomplishment as you take forward your learning from the day. The #TrustLeaders symposium promises to be a unique opportunity for collaboration and reflection at a system level, and we look forward to welcoming our members from across the country to this exciting event.
Please note this event will be at no additional cost to any active member as of 8th June 2022 as it will form part of our planned membership events. If you are not a member you can find full details of our membership offers on our networks page
