Victorious Academies Trust is a ten school Primary trust located in the North West. Karen describes the journey the trust has been on so far, the deeply embedded values, ambitions and behaviours across the organisation and what the future may hold for Victorious moving forwards to ensure it continues to sustainably thrive, as well as much more.
