National #TrustLeaders Network, CEOs’ Meeting – 26th November 9am – 10.30am (online)
The next meeting of the National #TrustLeaders CEO network meeting will take place from 9am – 10.30am online on 26th November.
The session will focus on enrichment innovation, including how trusts can develop offers and commitments – in partnership with communities, local employers, and others – to ensure children and young people develop the life skills for a new world.
Nationally, with levels of NEET growing; challenges around behaviour and absenteeism persisting, and concern amongst students about the future and the jobs’ market increasing, there has never been a more important time to consider how we inspire, encourage, prepare a generation to thrive through change and uncertainty.
What is the role of the CEO in forging a culture of enrichment and aspiration? What do examples of impactful practice look like and what innovation is emerging? What opportunities are coming up with Forum Strategy and more broadly to model leadership and develop offers that raise aspiration, support wellbeing, and prepare students to thrive in an uncertain but opportunity filled world.
The session will be led by Sir Steve Lancashire and Michael Pain, with plenty of opportunities for discussion, reflection and connection.
