Our next Chairs of Trustees seminar will take place online February 8th 4-5.30pm. All Chairs whose CEO, COO or Education Executive is a Forum Strategy member, are welcome to join our half-termly seminars.

This session will focus on two strategically significant challenges for Trusts – ensuring compliance across all areas of key business (including the trustees accountability and ensuring oversight) and the current key risk of staff absence and how to mitigate this, considering the importance of supporting staff health and wellbeing within this.

We will be joined by Charlie Tebbutt and David Horn (former COO and CEO of the Beckfoot Trust in Bradford) who will provide an overview of a useful, accessible framework for ensuring compliance across all key areas of Trust business. We will then hear from colleagues at OEResourcing about help and support that can be provided to Trusts during times of high staff absence and, finally, an input from Schools Advisory Service (SAS) on how we can continue to prioritise staff wellbeing and health during times of operational pressure.
