CEO mentoring with Sir Steve Lancashire

CEO mentoring with Sir Steve Lancashire in the 2022/23 academic year

As you will know, Sir Steve Lancashire is now Chair of our National CEO network and also supporting us across our wider work, including the Being The CEO programme. Sir Steve is the former CEO of REAch2 Academy Trust – one of the country’s largest academy trusts – sustaining successful national growth and development at scale for a decade. Steve’s wisdom and practical advice is highly valued by trust and sector leaders alike, including through his now monthly Forum Strategy Blog: Sir Steve’s Blog – May 2022 | Forum Strategy

Sir Steve is providing mentoring support for some CEOs on a limited basis in the next academic year, with CEOs accessing this support receiving five half-day sessions (including one group session). We know many Chief Executives are thinking about their trust’s continued growth and development in light of the white paper and as we move out of the pandemic, and Sir Steve is well positioned to help support thinking, strategy and practical planning at this time drawing on his wealth of experience. Alternatively, mentoring may indeed focus on other priorities or challenges that you are currently facing as a Chief Executive.

To access Steve’s support and advice in the next academic year, please do contact us as soon as possible at . Spaces are extremely limited and support will be accessed on a first come, first served basis. Costs and availability can be provided following initial enquiry by replying to this email. Please note you must be an existing member of Forum Strategy’s National CEO network to commission this mentoring provision.
