The journey which led to me becoming the CEO of Djanogly Learning Trust has been a very organic one. I wasn’t recruited as a CEO from the outside, but from within, and that’s been really positive for me because I have been involved from the beginning in devising our vision and values to put children at the heart of decision making.

At Djanogly Learning Trust we believe that every child has the right to an education that gives them the best opportunity to succeed and prosper. We are now a trust with eight academies, with one secondary and four primaries in Nottingham, and three primaries in Derbyshire. Here’s our story…
