Resetting Your Password
If you have forgotten or lost your password use the following steps to reset it.
1. Visit the login page
2. Click on Lost your password
Use either your username if you have it or the email on your account (this will be the email we use to send you notifications and the midweek and startegy & intelligence briefings). If you are unsure of your username or email address please contact email@example.com.
3. You will receive an email to confirm your request to reset your email. Click on the link in this email to receive your new password.
4. You will receive an email containing your username and new password. Use these to login to your account. (Please note, your username can not be changed.)
5. Once you have logged in to your nerw account you will be redirected to your account page. Click on Profile Details
6. Update your password in the password fields.
Please take a moment to ensure all your details are correct.
Renewing your Membership
If you wish to renew your Forum Strategy membership please follow the steps below.
1. Login to your account using the login page
2. When you have logged in you will be redirected to your account page. Click on Membership Details.
3. Click on Sign Up on your option. You will be redirected to the complete purchase page.
4. Click on Complete Purchase. You will be redirected to a completion page confirming your renewal.
We will confirm your renewal by email along with a copy of your invoice. Please note this can take up to 48 hours.
