#TrustLeaders HR Roundtable: 6th May 2020

The first of our #TrustLeaders HR roundtables will focus on the key HR challenges and opportunities facing academy trusts. This session is suitable for CEOs, COOs, HR Directors and trustees.

The roundtables will be led by Forum Associate, National Leader of Governance and HR professional, Sarah Armitage. Sarah has delivered organisational and cultural development programmes in leading companies across a range of sectors.  She is also Chair of Trustees of an academy trust, currently working closely with her Trust Leader through a period of growth and organisational change.  

Session 1 will take place on 6th May 2020  and we will be joined by our Associate Graham Salisbury, a highly experienced HR Director and Senior Lecturer on postgraduate programmes in HR and Organisational Behaviour at Nottingham Business School. Graham originally taught as a secondary school teacher and has wide experience within both private and not for profit businesses and has occupied senior HR roles in a leading aerospace and defence organisation and also the international development sector. 

The session will cover:

– The current context for HR – change and strategic priorities 

– Building HR capacity in your trust; roles, systems and sustainability

– Key current HR priorities for academy trusts and how to approach them.

The roundtable is offered on a first come, first served basis, with only 8 places available. The cost is £145 plus VAT.
