The next meeting of the National #TrustLeaders COO network will take place online on 12th March from 9am – 11am. Our focus will be some of the key issues for trusts and trust leaders of the moment, and the COO’s role in responding, adapting and leading the way forward.

The role of the COO in shaping a sustainable, forward-looking trust.

The session will include:
– A sector update by Michael Pain, founder of Forum Strategy, reflecting on some of the key trends, developments and issues for Operations Leaders to be aware of.
– The COO’s role in growing a sustainable trust, working alongside the CEO. David Horn and Charlie Tebutt – leading thinkers on the CEO/COO partnership and former CEO/COO
– A mindful and strategic approach to AI – how are trusts approaching this with care and impact? Shareen Wilkinson, LEO Academy Trust

The session will include opportunities for discussion and engagement with our contributors and network peers.
