The next meeting of the National COO Network will take place online on 19th January 2021. The session will take place from 9am – 12pm.
As well as a sector update from Michael Pain, we are delighted to be joined by contributors including:
Lucy Campbell, COO of Right at Home – a leading national care provider. Lucy is a member of Global Franchise’s prestigious 100 Influential Women in Franchising list. Lucy will provide insights on how another critical sector has and continues to manage the operational and logistical challenges of pandemic, whilst meeting the needs of customers and expectations of regulators. She will do this from the perspective of a COO of a large multi-site organisation covering a large geographical area.
National Foundation for Education Research (Jenna Julius and Jude Hillary) will join us to consider the impact of the pandemic on budgets – drawing on their latest research findings, and what some of the key implications will be for the year ahead. The NFER has produced a range of analysis on the issue and will help us to facilitate a strategic discussion.
Adrienne Laing, Director of Operations at the Challenge Academy Trust, will provide an overview of the work many COOs are involved in relating to Strategic Resource Management and how these tools and approaches are supporting executive leaders in their work currently.
