Catholic Senior Executive Leader (CSEL) – Emmaus Catholic Academy Trust
Location: Salford, Greater Manchester
Job Start Date:
Job Term: Permanent
Closing Date: 19 April 2021
The Emmaus Catholic Academy Trust is seeking to appoint their new CSEL (CEO-level equivalent role).
The Trust is within the Diocese of Salford and the schools are based in the Oldham, Stockport, Trafford, and Tameside areas of Greater Manchester.
The Trust believes in offering quality Catholic education to all children within the communities it serves. The CSEL will develop the talents of its highly professional staff to allow the children and young people to achieve their goals and become active and industrious members of society.
As the number of academies within the Trust grows, the schools will retain their individuality, yet be aware they are part of the Emmaus family. The successful candidate will be an ambitious and energetic Catholic Senior Executive Leader, who will inspire and deliver active collaboration between the CAT’s academies and work with the Directors to develop a vision and strategy for the future. Whilst ensuring a strong Catholic ethos is maintained and roll modelled by leadership throughout.
As this is the first substantive CSEL role for Emmaus, the successful candidate would be joining us at a very exciting time in our development. We are looking for an experienced leader who can develop and articulate the vision, values, and ethos of our Trust. With a thorough understanding of school improvement and its implementation, with faith as the guiding light for decision making.
