DESCRIPTION:A core component of our national trust leaders network is the sharing of practice and insights across trusts up and down the country. In October 2026\, we are offering the opportunity for members of our networks to join a study visit to Exceed Learning Partnership in Doncaster. The day will be carefully facilitated and led by Forum Strategy to ensure the exchange of practice and ideas. \nAgenda \n9.30am: Welcome – Michael Pain; The 7 pillars of improvement at scale\n10.00am: Participants share their reflections on the 7 pillars\, drawing on their reflective piece if possible.\n10.35am: Generating the vision\, culture and capacity for improvement at scale (with questions) Beryce Nixon\n11.10am: Break\n11.20am: Leading improvement at scale; The roles\, processes and data that drives improvement at scale across the trust\nEducation / School Improvement Leaders / Directors\n12.10pm: Lunch\n12.55pm: Delivering improvement at scale; the role of expert leaders and practitioners in driving improvement across the trust; with inputs from two or three leading specialist practitioners from across the trust\n1.30pm: Being a headteacher at Exceed LP and schools’ experience of the improvement model; Inputs from two or three Headteachers at different stages of their time with Exceed\n2.15pm: Reflection and feedback to Exceed\n3.15pm: Close \nPlease email admin@forumstrategy.org to book your place.
