DESCRIPTION:This term’s CEO network meeting will focus on effective digital and technology strategy\, providing a vital space for trust CEOs to reflect\, share\, and gain insight into how digital innovation and cyber-readiness can be embedded strategically across their organisations. As technology continues to evolve rapidly\, shaping everything from teaching and learning to operational resilience and trust culture\, it is essential that CEOs remain at the forefront of digital transformation – leading with vision\, adaptability\, and strategic clarity. \nThis session will explore innovative practice from across the sector\, international learning\, and emerging trends in education technology\, ensuring you are equipped to lead your organisation confidently in an increasingly digital world. \nThis CEO network meeting will be led by Alice Gregson\, CEO of Forum Strategy\, and will include: \n– A strategic update from Alice Gregson\, setting out the key national developments and emerging priorities for trust CEOs in the current context. This session will frame the importance of a robust and future-facing strategy and provide space to reflect on current challenges and opportunities. \n– A keynote input from Nick Osborne\, CEO of Maritime Academy Trust\, who will share lessons from the Singapore education system – widely regarded as a global leader in education technology. Drawing on insights from his recent learning visit\, Nick will explore how strategic use of technology is driving teaching and learning and operational improvements and how these lessons can inform the digital journey of trusts. \n– A session with Tom Zebedee\, Founder of Cyber Culture\, focused on developing a trust-wide culture of cyber security. With cyber threats becoming an ever-present risk to education organisations\, Tom will share practical approaches and leadership strategies for embedding a culture of awareness\, accountability\, and resilience in the digital domain. \n– A presentation by Joe Blair\, Director of Innovation at The Key Group\, who will draw on a wealth of practice and data from across the trust sector. Joe will highlight how leading trusts are using digital and technological solutions to address key challenges – from improving outcomes and engagement to enhancing operational efficiency – and what strategic levers CEOs can use to harness this potential effectively. \n– Opportunities to connect with fellow trust CEOs\, sharing experiences\, questions\, and strategies for implementing effective digital transformation and leadership. The session will provide a safe and collaborative space to explore what’s working\, what’s next\, and how we lead well in an era of digital disruption. \nIn a time when technology is reshaping education at pace\, this event offers an invaluable opportunity for trust CEOs to pause\, reflect\, and engage with expert perspectives on how to lead strategically and effectively in the digital age.
