SUMMARY:Education Executives National Network Meeting 26th September
DESCRIPTION:Our first network meeting of this academic year for our Education Executives national network\, will take place online on September 26th 8.30am-10.00am. The session will be chaired by Forum Strategy Associate and former trust CEO and HMI\, Frank Norris MBE. This will be a fully interactive session where you will have the chance to meet and connect with others across the network\, hear from Frank Norris and Alice Gregson about the national context for education as we begin a new academic year\, and to share your own priorities and challenges for the year ahead and how the network might support you with these. \nJoin us as we spend some time on the following: \n-A welcome to and overview of your Forum Strategy Education Executives Network membership (led by Alice Gregson\, CEO\, Forum Strategy)\n-An introduction to Frank Norris as our new Chair of the network and an overview of our planned network sessions and themes ahead for this academic ye\n-Facilitated introductions to each other as our national network members so you can start to develop and build upon peer connections across the country\n-A recap of our 7 pillars of improvement at scale mode and it’s applicability to your role within your trust\n-Some time to discuss as a network\, your priorities for the year ahead and some thoughts from Frank about the national context we will be working within as we move forwards \nTo join this network meeting\, you must be a member of our national Education Executives network (our CEO and COO networks have their own network meetings in place).
