SUMMARY:Chairs of Trustees' Seminar
DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to confirm that the next Chairs of Trustees’ Seminar will take place on 8th December 2021. This session is open to all Chairs whose CEO\, COO or Education Executive is a member of Forum Strategy. \nThis will be an insightful and thought-provoking session\, focussing on two very relevant and timely strategic considerations for Boards –  effective development and vision setting\, and running successful hybrid Board meetings. \nThe first part of the session will be led by Michael Pain\, CEO of Forum Strategy\, and will focus on emerging post-pandemic trends for Boards to consider in relation to their ongoing development and vision setting. Michael will draw on latest research and intelligence\, including experience in running Trust Board vision and strategy days across the country. \nThe second part of the session will include inputs from Wrigleys Solicitors and Ethos Academy Trust on running successful hybrid Board meetings.
