This year our three CEO Strategy Groups have been focused on the key strategic issues of wellbeing, remote learning/working, and environmental sustainability. The themes were identified at our National Conference in September 2020, and CEOs from across the country have been collaborating with one another and outside experts to further their strategy and impact in these areas.

The third meeting of our CEO strategy group on remote learning and working will take place on the 28th June and will be again by chaired by Kaht Kelly, CEO, Lionheart Academies Trust. 9.35am – Exploring flexible working practice in schools – Discussing the key findings from a four-stage research project exploring flexible working practice in schools among teachers and leaders, Sarah Gibson, Director, CooperGibson

10.10am – Developing your trust’s approach to ensuring pupils’ skills, resilience and safety for the online environment; Manjit Sareen, Co-founder and CEO and Caroline Allams, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer, Natterhub

10.40am – Summary and Close, Kath Kelly, CEO, Lionheart Academies Trust
