This year our three CEO Strategy Groups have been focused on the key strategic issues of wellbeing, remote learning/working, and environmental sustainability. The themes were identified at our National Conference in September 2020, and CEOs from across the country have been collaborating with one another and outside experts to further their strategy and impact in these areas.
The third meeting of our CEO strategy group on pupil and staff wellbeing will take place on the 25th May and will be again by chaired by Gary Wilkie, CEO, Learning In Harmony Trust. 9.50am: The role of school culture and trust in ensuring a healthy, engaged, and motivated workforce – Georgina Newton, Associate Professor at Warwick University and co-founder of http://schoolgenie.co.uk/; and Jeanie Davies author of ‘The Trust Revolution in Schools’ (Routledge, 2020).
